Background: The early diagnosis of neonatal septicemia still poses great difficulties. Early clinical symptomatology is mimicked by a lot other disorders affecting the newborn. To study diagnostic value combination CRP, absolute neutrophil count, band form count to total ratio in septicemia.Methods: A 75 babies who got admitted Mahavir institute medical sciences between October 2018 September 2019 (12) months were included college hospital newborn with age less than 3 days and well-defined maternal risk factors or evidence sepsis are study. In all neonates, blood sample was collected from peripheral vein aseptic precautions, before administration any antibiotic therapy.Results: 20 preterm (62.5%) affected septicemia.12 full-term (37.5%) septicemia. sensitivity lab test defined as proportion infants proven whom result abnormal.
